Service Description
- Max 4 participants per class for personalized coaching. - 2-Hour Session: 1 hour of Short Game (Putting/Chipping) + 1 hour of Full Swing (Irons/Driver). - Expert Guidance: Includes detailed explanations of golf equipment (Loft, Lie, and Shafts) - Price: $135+ HST per person. - Includes range balls for the session. - Free Rentals: Rental clubs are provided at no extra cost if needed. - Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the clinic starts. A 10% administration fee will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation & Refund Policy - 48+ Hours Notice: A full refund is available, minus a 10% administration fee. - 24 – 48 Hours Notice: A 50% cancellation fee applies (50% of the total amount will be refunded). - Less than 24 Hours or No-Show: Strictly non-refundable. No exceptions. 2. Weather & Rescheduling Policy In the event of inclement weather making outdoor lessons impossible, the session will be rescheduled to one of the following: - The following week at the same scheduled time. - Any other available Beginner Golf Clinic session within the 2026 season. Important Notes: - Participants will be notified of weather-related changes via email/text at least 2 hours before the clinic starts. - Refunds are not provided due to weather. Participants must select an alternative date within the 2026 calendar year. - It is the participant's responsibility to coordinate and confirm their rescheduled date with the instructor. 3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows - Late Arrivals: Lessons will start and end strictly on time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session. No extensions or partial refunds will be provided. - No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the full lesson fee. Future bookings may be restricted. 4. Lesson Equipment (Rental Clubs) - Notification: If you require rental clubs, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance with your gender and dexterity (Right or Left-handed). - Disclaimer: Rental clubs are provided as a courtesy; we are not responsible for personal dissatisfaction with the provided equipment. 5. Transfer and Validity - Transfer: Lessons are transferable to another person, provided the instructor is notified of the name change at least 24 hours before the session. - Expiry: All clinics must be completed within the 2026 calendar year. Unused sessions cannot be credited or carried over to the following year.
